Maintenance in Divorce Through Mutual Consent

30-May-2024 (In Divorce Law)
What are the possible clauses that can be added in an MoU for Divorce through mutual consent to assure the wife that the husband is willing to pay monthly maintenance after the divorce till the time she remarries. Please note, the husband cannot afford a one-time alimony at all at the same time the clause should be assuring enough that the wife does not back out.

yes, you can write a clause in the memorandum of understanding that you will pay a certain monthly maintenance allowance to your wife until her remarriage. But first of all, you should ensure that your wife is ready for this clause. if you need any further information or legal assistance, then please call me back through administrator of this website
