Maintenance for myself and our new born child

What steps should I take if husband is not providing financial support for our new born baby and has abandoned us since birth of the child. Few days ago I asked him to take the child to doctor he didn't i also asked him to give doctors consultation fees he did not give neither travelling expense to take the child to the doctor

You need to file an application for maintenance under the BNSS where you need to mention the grounds and income details of your husband. Also you need to maintain the record of expenses incurred by you or borrowed by you.
