Maintenance for me as I am 4months pregnant and for 2 years old daught

My husband and mother in law used to beat I filed a complaint to but in that compromise my husband refused to keep me and my daughter with him. Police asked him to give for medical expenses but after the complaint was dismissed my husband didn't give even a single rupee. I have no job nothing what to do?

hello, you can file a case in the family court for maintenance for you and your daughter, The court may pass an interim order for interim maintenance and medical expenses to be paid by your husband , if he refuses then the court may issue an arrest warrant .

you can claim maintenance for yourself and your daughter from your husband. you can also claim any medical expenses you have incurred or you need also. you can also claim rental amount if not in matrimonial home. you can do that by filing domestic violence and petition u/s 125 crpc

you can file a suit for maintaince under section 125 crpc and can pray to court for grant of interim maintaince as it is your right. along with this if you wish to live with your husband you can file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights under section 9 , HMA. For more information contact me.
