Maintenance case issue -struggling since 3 years after abusive marriag

My bank statements are asked by husband in court, whereas he is mentioning himself as homeless and jobless whereas i have evidence of his current working and his enterprises, is there any way if I can avoid presenting bank details ?

Yes I am dealing in matrimonial cases in indore high court, Jabalpur also ,particularly on behalf of the wife .If u have any details pf ur husband's income /Salary ,business u can file them /being it on record of the court ,there are judgements of Supreme Court I. this regard .Contact me for any help.

yes. you need not to give your bank account details at the primary stage. He is Only doing so to linger on the case and avoid the maintenance liability. if the family court orders against you, you can file an appeal before the High Court.

It is necessary to submit your bank account details for showcasing your expense and expenditure, most of the time in maintenance cases , court ask the bank account statement and ITR of the spouse to confirm your maintenance claim
