Maintenance case after divorced

sir It's been 18 months since I got married. There is a delay of 2 months. My wife's age is 35+ and mine is 26. My marriage was done early and my wife was also married before that. Since last few months my wife has been fighting in the house daily and has been stealing her mother's jewellery. Now she said that I will file a case for your upper maintenance. Sir, can my wife file a case regarding my upper maintenance? And then the maintenance of the house is done in such a way that only upper me.

hello bilkul case file kr skti hai but aap kya krte hai es depend hai har case ka apna apna suition hota hai vo ladai jhgda krti hai agr ye sb apko kam aygaa aagye chl ke aap tnsn na lo sir aap kaha se hai kya krte aap apne wife ke sath rhna cahte hai ya nahi
