maintenance and alimony on ground of cruelty?

i work for private co. with salary 18000, and had two properties in my name whereas my wife sue a case against me 498a,323,354c and1/3 d.v act etc. what will be her maintenance and alimony if i choose to to file divorce on ground of cruelty??? please help me.
it is not possible to put a figure. it depends on a host of factors including her claim. but what is relevant is her standard of living in matrimonial home. as far as sustainability is concerned she will be eligible to get Rs 4000 approx for her bare living if she is otherwise not ineligible for the same. again this is a rough guess work and the actual sum will depend on the attending circumstances. if you are planning for divorce you do have a ground of cruelty in your favour. alimony will again be dependent on her claim and eligibility as per her age qualification etc.

the maintenance and alimony will be decided by the court if she is a working lady no maintenance will be provided by the court but if not working then may be around 5000 since your earning is not enough may be more less
