Maintenance and Alimony Matter

I am in Bangalore, husband is forcing divorce and is harassing me as I am not agreeing for the same. I am tired of trying to save marriage and the abuses, wish to say yes to him for separation. He earns 80 lakhs annually and has no responsibility to bear. I am married for more than 6 years now. How much one time alimony should he pay keeping in mind what is legally just.

okay I understand your questions so now you want to save the marriage but your husband not interested about so now your husband a nd will give divorce how much holemoney you expect legsly right 25/of his salary so do you need any legal help contact me thank you

from your above post it is not clear whether your husband has filed for divorce and is forcing you to accept or whether he is forcing you to sign a petition of mutual concentrate divorce, if he is asking you to sign a joint petition for mutual consent divorce, then he has to accept to whatever you ask.
