I am baldeep. I live in delhi. I am a cab driver. I am earning rs 30000.per month. I have married on 2017.my girl baby was born on 2019. My wife left house on October 2020.i have child custody. She is not call from one year to my baby. If she files maintenance case then how much money I will have to pay. After divorce how much permanent alimony I will have to pay..
hello baldeep hru. as your query i have seen in this matter normally females claims 10 to 15 lac alimony but if yourcready with your defence then your wife can not t claim even a single penne in divorce . we can helo you in this matter so you need not to pay alimony in divorce. we can help you but with procedure of the court.

If your wife is not living with you and not even talked to your daughter from the past one year and also she had not filed any divorce/domestic violence case against you that means she’s living happily somewhere. According to my suggestion you should initiate with the divorce petition against your wife. Then your burden may decline of giving any kind of alimony.
