Maintenance and against divorce

Hello, I m Tanya from Bangalore. I m married on 2015. Stayed together for a year. My husband has filed a divorce case. Mediation is failed because he is not ready to take me back and also he has a condition that I should not go to any job. I want to know whether in court too it ll be ordered to leave my job. I have loans and I m financially dependent on it. I m not ready to give divorce also. Please help me how would I go with it through court.
Hi... no court will order any one to leave their job for sake of marriage and it is also violation of fundamental rights of the citizen. If you are not ready to give divorce you contest the same before the court and you can ask maintenance from him.
