Maintenance after separation for five years. Is the husband liable?

If a lady is staying with her mom and dad after five years of marriage without getting separated legally - how long can she stay separated and get her rights from her husband?
a wife can stay with her aged ailing parents out of her own choice as long as she wants as a daughter she has equal rights like a man to look after parents in their old age, and husband is bound to maintain the wife and the kids

actually your question is not clear do you want to live separated from your husband only concerned with the maintenance which you like to take from your husband you like to take only the maintenance from your husband file a petition before magistrate or before district judge though you have so many other options for claiming maintenance. And if you want to to get separation from your husband then you have other recourse to take
