Maintenance After divorce..........

I married 3 years ago my husband filled divorce case i did not appear to court he received ex parte degree and remarried due to my husband torture and asking dowry I left my husband.i studied till 12th .my husband is getting rs 20000 per month.and is father has 3 houses.ow can I file for maintenance how much maintenance I will get and for many years I will receive.
you can file for maintenance if you have not ve married . Your former husband's father having 3 houses is not going to be of any use to your claim of maintenance, you can file from Wherever you are. Approach a lawyer sohowwill do xhe rest,
