Maintainence in family court jaipur Rajasthan
28-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
25,000/- maintenance has been granted on 27th jan 2021 but from the date of order & not filing of application. Is it fruitful to go to high court against this. And also money has not been paid till date so 125(3) can be used simultaneously or first high court then 125(3).
Can we transfer the case now to delhi( how much time it will take for transfer) as girl is residing in delhi?
Please guide.
hello client aa i can see ur issue is really very big tension . in youe matter maintenance has been granted already so in your case you nees to first transpher the case and then kove to delhi high court foe relief aa delhi high court is having a leinnenant view in this matter. yes your matter can get tranapher to delhi.

In case it is from the date of order the court shall have to give the special reasons behind that order.
