aapne 10 saal love marriage Kiya aap ko apne husband alag rah rahi hi. documents are also clear you can go in for mutual divorce and within 6 months the first motion another 6 monthsvsecond motion or final decree

aap apne husband se baat kariye aur apas me baat karke aap lo mutual divorce le skte hai doosra rasta ye hai ki aap contested divorce bhi le skti hai agar aapko apke husband maintenance nahi de rahe hai to aap unse maintenance bhi demand kar skti hai as well as alimony
