yes you can file or registered a complaint against her husband in police station or you can file a case against her husband in court and if you want to share but you have to fight for your personal rights.... agr ap pahle apni family members se milkar short out kr sakte hain to you can try for it

नमस्ते, आपकी दोस्त भरण पोषण की अधिकारी है, स्थानीय वकील से बात करके धारा 125 दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता के अंतर्गत आवेदन लगा दीजिए। और ज्यादा से ज्यादा भरण पोषण के लिए आप पति की कमाई का स्त्रोत और सैलरी स्पष्ट तौर पर कोर्ट के समक्ष रखें, अगर सैलरी स्लिप प्रस्तुत कर पाएंगे तो भरण पोषण ज्यादा मिलने की संभावना रहेगी।
