Wife eloped with her ex and got married. Its been 7 months. She got pregnant Don't have photos or videos of their social marriage (under Hindu marriage) due to lockdown. Can self confession prove bigamy ? How can I punish them as per judicial law ?
The neighborhood can testify , you can file FIR inlocal police station complaining about her elopement . You can say that she is pregnant with so called second husband . Bigamy can be proved by her celebration of social marriage a second time .

You can file an FIR or a complaint against your wife with the charge of bigamy. You can also file a complaint against her second husband/partner for the offence of adultery. Though Adultery has been decriminalised but it is still a valid ground for divorce. but to prove the charge of bigamy you have to give some valid evidence on the basis of which the police shall start investigation and file chargesheet.
