Looking forward for more information on NRI divorce in Switzerland

31-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am living in Switzerland with husband and a 10year old boy. Being married in India and holding Indian passports, I want to know how to proceed with divorce. Having troubles with trust and respect, I unfortunately couldn't find a better approach. Before things so worst, I want to try with this option. Kindly help me... I will be available via whatsapp through the provided number for further talks.

Hello Madam, Given that you’re looking to legally separate, please be informed that there are two ways to this - mutual divorce and a contested one. If both you and your husband want this equally, then that would be less tedious and smoother process of judicial separation. If you are to fight this out and your husband doesn’t intend to consent to it, it would amount to a contested divorce procedure. If you clarify this and a few more details, it would help me advice you more appropriately. Looking forward to connect over WhatsApp. Thank you.

Dear Madam, First try for mutual divorce which may be filed in India through your respective Power of Attorney's. If your husband does not agree then file a contesting divorce through your Power of Attorney and matter may be ended in mediation and it may happen through video conference.
