Hello you can file file divorce petition in the Family Court for contested divorce on the valid grounds to obtain the decree of divorce from the Family Court. As you are living separate since 2019 you can file the petition for divorce in the court.

First step is to issue a legal notice asking for divorce, if the spouse agrees to the terms mentioned in the legal notice then we can file for a mutual consent divorce in the family court and you can get the divorce within 3-6 months. In case the spouse does not agree to the terms mentioned in the legal notice then we can file for contested divorce. To get a contested divorce done it might take 1-2 years of time.
