Looking for legal advice for narcissistic family

My husband is not a decision maker all our decisions are taken my sister-in-law and her husband. My husband wants me to give him whole salary and he will give me only 5k to spend. Each and every grocery or food items has to buy in their city, they sell my gold necklace given by them in my engagement without asking me, my husband wants me to go his home in every 15 days if not he raise his hand on me, he abuses my family, my mother in law abuses me for not having father but they have taken huge dowry from my mother, he is not bringing any vegetables or groceries while we stay in Mumbai. Whether to goto my family home or wedding or trips he wants me to take his decision and has to call everyday to his family. My in-laws calls him their town to satay 1 month ,15 days he stays leaving me alone. He didn't care while sending me back at midnight pls suggest

It is for you to decide whether to continue with the situation you are in or you want come out of it by filing for divorce. There are legal remedies available depending on what solution you are looking for.

Well, you can either seek Divorce or you can seek Judicial Separation from your Hubby by parallely filing a Maintenance Case against your Hubby under Sec 125 of the CRPC, 1973 with immediate effect. Apart from attorney fees, you have to pay Court fees too.
