I would be happy to offer my services for arguing the final arguments in the revision petition concerning summoning under Section 498A IPC. I have extensively handled matrimonial disputes, including divorce matters, with favourable outcomes. Additionally, I possess considerable experience in arguing matters before the Sessions Court in PHC. I am comfortable taking up this matter within your stated budget of ₹4,000.

Since you have already faced trial on the same issue in the correct court and there is no reason for the case to be in Delhi, the Magistrate should not have taken the case again. Also, if there is proof like police reports calling it a misunderstanding and audio recordings showing threats or false demands, the Sessions Court can cancel the summoning order. Your grounds seem strong. I understand your budget. for information regarding fees.

I can help you in this matter, in family matters, it is not only the cause of action that decide the jurisdiction of court. Even Courts Where Wife Takes Shelter After Leaving Matrimonial Home Due To Cruelty Can Entertain Section 498A IPC Complaint.

I understand you’ve already filed a revision in the Sessions Court challenging the summoning order under Section 498A, citing prior trial on the same allegations, lack of cause of action in Delhi, and malicious intent. It appears you have strong grounds including jurisdictional objections and previous proceedings.
