Lokadalat - acting against lokadalat verdict

My wife has agreed and signed in lokadalat that she will NOT involve her brother into our family matter any more and apologised that this mistake will not repeat.After coming home, she took a U turn and she is involving all her family members into our family and failed to obey the lokadalat verdict, she is completly deviating from what she agreed and signed, i dont want her parents nor his brother coming to me fighting and arguing which is unhealthy in a familynnWhat can i do now? what next step? can i file a fresh case now or should i file a police complaint?

Better option is to file a domestic violence case against all who have been harassing you physically and mentally. This way you can get several reliefs in a single case including restraint order to prevent those who harm you from entering into your premises.

you should not file the police complaint. you just throw your wife out. And you may file a fresh case evaluating loak Adalat order. At any cost you should not with draw or agree for any types of mediation in future. so better to file divorce case again. eight seven seven eight seven four zero five three four
