Location of child is not known & safety of child is questionable

Husband & wife are staying seperate due to quarrel after child delivery,wife is also not staying in her native house and is constantly changing her location along with the child .There is no divorce case ,only PWDVA case filed by wife.Location of child not known.Husband is worried about safety & welfare of child.Can Husband file missing juvenile child case FIR in his jurisdictional police station since its more than 2 yrs since he saw the child and till date no information on child because there is no communication with wife.Is it advisable to file FIR for missing juvenile considering safety & welfare of child.

Well, you should lodge a Kidnapping Case against your Wife for kidnapping the child with immediate effect. You can lodge Police Complaint for kidnapping and tell them to lodge a FIR, considering Kidnapping is a Cognizable Offence under the IPC, 1860.
