Living with person who is done second marriage without divorce

I done my second marriage post divorce with person,s divorce case still running however he told me that my divorce case is running and not decided but we decided to go in relationsahip but due to my family enforcement we did marriage in ary samaj temple.but now our relationship is not in healthy state and looking to come out from this marriage so what should i do so i can share my rest of the life with someone who is loyal as i am currently 36 so i dont want to waist the single second. hence kindly suggest on.

as you wrote in your problem you are preparing for second marriage but you are not divorce from your first husband and that too is pending in court so until you get divorce from your first husband don't even think about getting married again because second marriage without divorce is an offence under section 494 ipc

Currently as per law, you are not married. So, you can leave with immediate effect. For more information, you may get in touch with me Make sure that, you give in writing to him with no future liability in any manner Regards

dear client as per your query I can only suggest go for a mutual divorce as this is the only option for you at this time but if there are aspects which has to be seen if you have applied for registration when your marriage was solemnize as if it is less than a year then mutual divorce is the only remedy for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
