I have filed a divorce case against my wife - She is living in my house, is it fine if i visit my residence once in a while or live in the same house ? (there is no talk nor any argument with her in the last couple of years).
This is a pathetic scenario for husbands who have filed divorce case with their spouses living at their houses. Initially it may look passive, but later on during the course of divorce proceedings your wife may come up with false allegations by stating that you have physically tortured her. This will lead to domestic violence case, dowry harassment case, etc. Keep vigil.

living under the same roof can not be treated as divorce proceedings. you are not supposed to be visiting your hour after filing of divorce. you have to file eviction suit to evict your wife. then you can move into the house
