living in Germany, Alimony/ maintenance in mutual /conte

Hindu husband and wife married for 7 years ,living in Germany in different cities. Husband is earning 10 lacs per month and wife earning 4 lacs per month. Husband is deep into adultery. They are living separately for last 12 months with very little communication. What alimony to demand from husband in a mutual divorce.

if it's a mutual divorce then the terms of such divorce would have to be decided by the parties themselves and no cognizance of any wrong committed by any of the parties would be of any consequence to the other party. you will surely get alimony but before filing mutual divorce you need to properly trap the husband with proper homework to obtain the same otherwise you will be in deep trouble i need more facts to give more clarity of the laws.
