You can file a petition for divorce by mutual consent in the family court , under section 13b of Hindu marriage act.
Since you don't require any alimony from him, things will be easier and quick.
Only requirement is mutual consent of the husband and wife.

If you do not require money and wants this divorce matter to be endend, you can defend the case and get the case dismissed after attending the cout regularly. If you agree with the divorce, then you can agree for divorce by mutual consent.

Madam, you do not inform that where the divorce is file, if it is in India, Indian personal law is applicable as per their religion. so you may appear before that court or you may file seperate divorce case your native or marriage occured or contested in his case with file your cross petition etc and than you of them may settle compromisingly or amicablly in meadiation as per terms and condition, get divorce from Court of law.
