Do seek a detailed legal Consultation for your ongoing legal issue. Do brief a lawyer and seek his considered opinion. In a child custody case the limited point for consideration of the Court is the welfare of the child. Need to understand the exact issue. Do connect with better particulars

Depends to a great extent on the legal strategy being used and on the lawyer as it's not a straight forward or an easy legal objective. This is so given the fact that both are almost getting equal pay. Further relief and custody depends on core principles laid down by Hon'ble SC in multiple cases. It's best to get in touch and discuss the precise facts and details.

No, if the custody of the child is with father and the mother is earing moeny to sustain her living. In this scenerio we can deffer the maintainance of the minor child. Rest is the matter of trial court's proceedings.
