Litigation amount 15000 judge ask to pay towife.is it valid

I filed divorce on cruelty basis. Today was first hearing where I was asked to make 15000Rs draft in favor of my wife . It's a default amount that everyone has to pay to the wife when case starts.
Judge told this in first hearing.
Is it valid as I never came to know about this default amount
My wife is emoloyeed

hello client as i can see ur issue is trchnical but thing ur telling is seems to be very stange in tye condition tht ur wife is employed its seems tht there is something which is a foul play with you in this matter i thing can be challanged in aopeleate court.
