Likely Divorce case will be dismissed

My husband has filed cruelty case against me under sec 13 (1A), during the mediation he refused to provide child maintenance stating he doesn't have a job since March 2020. He has never been a responsible husband nor a diligent father to my child in the past. During Mediation, he mentioned he will pay only 5k & in the future will increase the same, however, the child goes to a school decided by my husband which is costly, so i denied mentioning that he needs to pay more else let the case move to court. Looks like he is not likely to appear in the court, as he & his lawyer has missed 2 dates already. I dont want the court to dismiss the case, i want justiceFrom the beginning i have been maintaining the household expenses, paying housing loan, e-city bill & other maintenance, while he used to be at his parents house all the time & since the time he has left us (2020) i have funded for my child's education & all the expenses. I am asking maintenance for child only not for me!!
