Legally Eviction-blacking, false allegation on me and family

09-Sep-2023 (In Divorce Law)
1) We have filed mutual consent divorce in June first week, I agree pay to 50% of alimony at time of filing (already paid) and rest at time of final hearing. 2) She agreed to vacate home within 15 days after filing divorce (home jointly owned by my father and elder brother) but now she is NOT vacating home as well as threatening us. 3) She is frequently visiting my relative place(s) and telling them false story (allegation) about me and my family which is ideally illegal but still she is doing so. 4) Currently I'm out of town for my professional assignment and I can come only at time of final hearing. Can anyone suggest what my parents/brother can take legal action against her?

if she has mentioned leaving the house in 15 daya in your divorce petition, just wait for her to get out of the house and then lock the house from outside. she won't be able to say anything. however, if you haven't mentioned it in the agreemtn, you will have to deal with it legally and if she is not going by the mutual consent terms, you need to convert it to a regular divorce proceeding and contest the same.

Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about the fact that your wife is frequently visiting your relatives place and narrating them a false story but if you have already filed mutual consent divorce then you don't have act on her now you have to keep mum till final date and after that you can take any legal action against. for more information in detail kindly call me for the same.
