Legal way to return Stridhan when in-laws wants to money in exchange

Dear experts! what is the legal way to return stridhan and gifts including car. When her parents threating to file fake dowry case. Father in law not accepting stridhan. He wants to get money in exchange of gifts. He threating my wife also. (Me and my wife don't want to take his futi codii with us) my wife is living with me and she also wants to return all these piece of shit. There is no dowry case. He wants to separate us.
