Hi, hum 3 saal se alag rah rahe hai . Kai baar baat hui but koi solution nahi nikalta aur na hi wife divorce file kar rahi. Kya kerna chahiye.

Aap restitution of conjugal rights ka application Daal Sakte hai family court mei agr aap saath rehna chahte aur agr nahi to aap divorce file Kar sakte hai apni taraf se bhi, divorce koi bhi patty file Kar sakti hai husband ya wife

You can file section 9 hindu married act for restitution of conjugal rights, court may pass decree in your favour. Even if she doesn't that will sufficient ground for divorce, for more details contact me Advocate Ranjeet Sonker high court

agar wife divorce file nahi karti hai to aap divorce file kariye. Desertion will be one of the grounds for divorce. also few other grounds will be taken as grounds for divorce. You can further contact us for complete information. Thanks.
