Legal Separation : Need legal separation from wife Need legal separati

I am married for past 7 mnths. My wife left my house 4 months back after taking all her belongings. I was informed about this by our mutual friend. She is staying in her parental house. This was repeated earlier also about thrice but for shorter duration. Now her family wants to send her back & is pressurising for that. I had no fight or physical abuse with her. I do not want to live with her as i came to know that she is disabled & is mentally unstable. Even We dont have any relation between us

Generally divorce/separation petitions cannot be filed during the first year of marriage as per Hindu marriage act. but however in your case as you have told that she is disabled, mentally unstable, no relation between you people, you can file for dissolving the marriage by declaring it to be null and void

if you want plegal separation from your wife it is possible under Hindu Marriage Act file a petition for judicial separation and for that you need to higher an advocate in your local area and then proceed with the procedure in the in the district court and before proceeding we would like to know if your wife has filed any case against you regards
