Legal rights of 1st wife after divorce

My friend husband divorced my friend on ex party orders in the year 2018. He got married with another lady. He applied for voluntary retirement in state government. Whether 1st wife can claim rights for pension benefits and family pension.

No it's hardly possible, as the divorce decree was ordered in 2018 and there is no appeal against the order. And the limitation is barred right now, so she cannot claim any benefits from her ex-husband

hello sir regarding your above facts, for a divorce where the marital relations have been terminated by an agreement, the wife would be entitled to claim maintenance from her ex-husband as long as she remains unmarried or is unable to maintain herself.
