Nmskar, meri shadi Feb 2012 me huyi.may 2014 se me apne mayke me hu.mujhe mere pati sahit sbhi sasural wale bahut preshan krte the.jan2017 me unlogo ne case lgaya mujh pr. Fir pta ni kese pichhle mahine ek trfa tlak le liya.plz mujhe btaye kya aesa ho jata h k Meri bina koi jankari k WO divorce lele.? Aur ab me kya kru? Kya mujhe nyay milega? Me ek Hindu ldki hu.mere vkil bol rhe h ki ab kuchh nhi ho skta .krpya mujhe Rasta btaye.
Go to high court but before applied for certified copies of all docs including those intimation/samman which had been sent you by your hubby time to time .If you satisfy to honourable HC that no intimation had been sent you for your presence before the family court because there are stages to send intimation like sanman,publication and chaspa.If you belong to Indore contact personally through Lawrato

agar aapko sune bina ek pakshiy roop se aadesh hua hai to aap uske liye court me prakaran (case) ki jaankari lekar use sunwayi ke liye lagwa sakte hai or kaaran (aapki anupasthithi ka) uchit hone par ,us ek pakshiya talak ko court nirast kar skti hai.

Agar aap court ka notice Milne ke baad bhi court nahi jaati hai to ex parte (ek tarfa) decree Ho jati hai. Aap ek tarfa decree ko nirasta karne ke liye Order 9 Rule 13 CPC me usi court me aavedan kar Sakti hai. Usme aapko upasthit na hone ka valid reason Dena hoga. Agar court aapka aaveda kharij kar de to aap High Court me Appeal kar sakti hai.
