If you want to withdraw your complaint in CAW cell then you can give them in writing your withdrawal application with reasons as it is settled between you and if tgere is any MOU prepared then you can annex that along with, same procedure will be followed in the court

For cases that are pending before the Womens' Cell, you may close the same by stating that the disputes have been mediated and that the parties shall not agitate the same at a later stage.

Insofar as cases pending in court are concerned, the same may either be compounded or quashed, depending upon the nature of offence alleged.

Firstly matter will goto women cell and if their committee thinks that person is guilty then they will register FIR n matter will go directly to the court. If you want to withdraw case frm there then simply go for mediation and settle the matter there and file an application in hon'ble high court for quashing of FIR.

You can withdraw your complaint from the Women's Cell at any time before the final decision is made by the court or the concerned authorities. You may decide to withdraw your complaint due to a change of mind or for personal reasons. However, it is important for you to know that withdrawing a complaint from the Women's Cell does not necessarily mean that the case will be dismissed. The decision to withdraw a complaint lies solely with the complainant, but the legal process may continue depending on the nature of the case and the evidence available with the Mahila Thana.
