9 months back I got married because of dowry harrassment I kept 498 case on him now I want to apply for divorce if he didn't agree to give divorce what should I do. Is there a way to get divorce from him.

Marriage is regarded as sacramental in nature in the eye of law. Its sad and bitter state of affairs from your side. Madam, try to reconcile the matter in an amicable manner. Because, Divorce on any ground cannot be applied at least after the lapse of ONE YEAR from the date of marriage.
