Legal Notices To Wife Before Filling divorse Case

Is it mandatory/must protocol to follow that atleast 2 to 3 times legal notice has to be served to wife before filling divorse case in hon.court ? Pls respond here .I will contact as per my feasibility.No calls pls .Thx for your understanding
No it is not mandatory to issue a legal notice 2 or 3 times for filing a divorce petition against the wife. Act does not provides for the same. However it depends upon the facts whether to issue the same to notify her before initiating legal action.

No, its not mandatory to send legal notice at all no where in the Acts it is asked for. You can directly go to the Court and file your case for Divorce. And she will come and appear in the Court it self. So no need for legal notice.

It is not mandatory to send legal notice even there are stubborn parties who don't care about legal notice so if the other party is not giving any importance to legal notice then I suggest you to file a suit in the concerned court you can call me I will not call you
