Legal notice sent by my husband

I got a legal notice from my husband through lawyer. My husband and in-laws tortured and thrown me out from home and now sent legal notice to come back. Do I need to send back the response through lawyer or can I reply on my own?

you can send reply notice to them and you can file rcr petition in family court better restitution of conjugal rghits petition in family court then court will send notice after they will come to court ethir you can register domestic violence case against them

It's advisable you send reply notice through Advocate as they can properly reply to the notice on legal points. However if you have financial issues better reply on your own to the lawyer denying all allegations

you can reply on your own and also through a professional lawyer !! it Is advisable to go through the lawyer!! have u lodged any complaint for torture or throwing out! Also how many years u have been married

Yes madam, your have to reply to the Notice through an advocate. You better to engage an advocate for the legal assistance and guidance. you have not mentioned about cause mentioned in the notice, whether he wants Divorce or Conjugal rights. Consult the Advocate and take appropriate steps against your husband.
