Legal Notice From My Husband drafted with wrong allegations on me

My husband has sent me legal notice saying he want to rejoin with me with wrong allegations but previously many times he was saying he was not willing to live with me and also threatenedme to go mutually. I came out of my martial house due to mental disturbance of my husband and family. I started working because my husband failed to take responsibility and he dint care me and my child after marriage.Now after sending reply notice to husband. Can I fail for maintaince case can I claim maintaince even though if I work as he gets 4 times higher than me. How much can I claim from him.

what do you want. during your martial life how much did your husband earned. why he has not taken any steps to take care of yourself. maintenance is eligible but quantum will be decided by the court. we can't decide the quantum of maintenance

yes, madam you can claim maintenance form your husband even if your working. The supreme court says if the wife is earing then she is also entitled for determination of maintenance in accordance with the lifestyle of her husband. regarding how much claim is being calculated by quantum of maintenance by his earning by court . All the best
