Legal Help Required. I am in agony and feel lost. Please Help

Hi! I am Hindu by religion. There's a girl in my village who has obtained a notory stating that she is married to me. I have never been married to anyone in my life till now. On the other hand, she has been married twice and has a child whom she claims to be mine but when questioned regarding the DNA tests she denies to give the sample for the same and is now trying to blackmail me for money. She is now creating a problem for me and threatening me and my family. She is creating a problem in my arranged marriage which is scheduled to happen in November. Kindly help/opine what should be the best way to keep her at bay and what could be done legally so as to keep her away from hampering and creating a scene at my wedding?

Hello , You should send her a legal notice and also intimate police regarding the same. As she is trying to extort money from you you should definitely file a complaint. For more information feel free to have a word with me, all the best

I you had no contact with that girl before you need not worry. No marriage can be done using stamp papers and notary. The burden of proof lies on that girl to prove that the child belongs to you. If nothing fruitful is happening you can always file a written legal complaint addressed to your nearest police officials.

You must do apprehension complaint at the concerned police station for intimation which could certainly help u ..by the notary paper u r not married at all .. rest u can call us any time to understand wat to do
