My uncle is death .but her wife is divorce she had one son in court divorce time son and her wife is not legal heir in apitened copy she and her son is not found their adrees .but RI and VAO son mane must added to the legal heir .but I uncle had home loan in bank .It's is must to legal heir to close tha loan It's any sollution for this problem pls tell

the loan of the dead person should be closed by the estate of the death person only and responsible for the loan but as per the property of the death reason they cannot claim only the person who gave loan first take the loan amount and the remaining of the property only the legal heir will take even sure that your ankle is a divorce her wife is not entitled for any property but the sun is the legal only legal no other will comes as illegal except the sun the property one goes to the sun until the loans are settled to the appropriate financial authorities
