Dear Sir, Your Advocate has to pay prescribed process fee and also submit registered post cover and postal stamps. Thereafter, the Court staff reissue notice to the Respondent through post. By the next date it may be served on the Respondent if the address is correct and Respondent may also play a game that he may instruct to return the postal cover with an endorsement door lock etc.

it only means that the notice is again sent to the opposite party by registered post acknowledgement due, which in short is called RPAD, the court will receive the acknowledgement after which you will come to know when they will receive a notice, a date is given before which the notice by RPAD will be sent and there after on the next given date it will be informed whether the notice is received or no.
