Police is forcing me to live with my wife but i don't want to live with her but what ever the children needs I will do

you can apply for divorce in court than the police will stop interfering in your family issues and when it comes for children you can apply for visitation rights or permanent custody so that you can do whatever you want to do to your children

Dear Sir, Police have no power to do like that. You may file Divorce case immediately and also file child custody case. Produce such copies before the Police and they may be prevented from interfering in your married life.

hi as you asked In the above case the police have no obligation to force to you live with your wife .if you are not like to live with her you can file devorce but yiu have give the mentioned in the marriage act. for more information call me
