legal advice before taking divorce step

My nephew got married on 16th Feb 2021 and he is working in working in merchant navy and after his hooneymoon after on e month of marraige he went on ship for work and the girl was staying at husbands house and she is a working lady in bollywood . she always got up after 10 and dont do any work at home but never any family mamber has harraesh her nor demanded anything on an above her husband is out so all husbands parents was giving full suppot and allow her to go anywhre never asked question but when her husband came she was not came to meet him and straight told that she cant leave and all finished between them . what to do

Your nephew shall speak to her and understand as to what she has in mind . He can not file for divorce till completion of 1 year to marriage, So he has to wait for few months. if the wife also wants divorce then they may file for mutual consent divorce otherwise he has to file for contested divorce.

file a case for divorce on the the ground of dissertation or on mutual consent if both the parties are ready to dissolve the marriage or else you can file a case of dissertation and if u dnt to file a case of dissertatiom you can fiel a case of resitution of conjugal rights
