Divorce took place 4 yrs back, my z husband is still harassing me where in I have nothing to do with him. Is there any step which I can take ??
You can lodge 498-A for his desertion and cruelty if earlier you have never lodge aforsaid case.you can lodge also lodge any criminal case.after divorce you have lots of section to lodge any criminal case

U should file criminal case against him either complaint case or police case. U can also take help of mahila help line .U can also file mislleneous petition before district judge mentioning the divorce order passed by family court and make a prayer that there is continuous disobedience of divorce order by ex husband.
