First of all if your husband files a complaint then police can take action but it will be only against your live-in partner with whom you are living at present under the charge of adultery.

If you need divorce then it can also be within a year if the same is filed apart from mutual consent. Aap kabhi bhi divorce file kar sakte ho on the ground ki aapki consent nahi thi shaadi ke liye aur zabardasti shaadi hui aur nahi shaadi consumate hui.

Dear Client, you are hereby advised to try and get in touch of your husband. If he files a police complaint your bf will face jail time in the charge of adultery. Further it is suggested that if your husband agrees for the divorce then after completion of one year you both can jointly file a divorce petition with mutual consent. If he doesn't agrees to the same, then you consult me again.

you can not stop state machinery from functioning(police) but in your case the offence of Bigamy is bailable as far as your apprehension of arrest "you are entitle for bail at first instance" so no way you were be behind the bar during proceedings.
