lawyer requested Photos on Google Drive

My wife and I are separated for 7 months. Recently I received a Google Drive access request from a lawyer in India. The folder has our maariage photos. I believe my wife's family in India is consulting the lawyer but why does the lawyer needs to see our marriage photos?

To file a case in India, Marriage photograph needs to be affixed in the petition. Where do you live and why is the case being filed in India. If both of you are ready to part ways why not divorce through mutual consent?

If your wife is consulting an advocate then it can be for divorce or for other litigation proceedings. And as far as the photographs are concerned it must be taken by the advocate to attach the same in the court file. The marriage photographs are necessary for filing of the case. Sir, the marriage photo may be required for the divorce of both the parties as per your customer laws. Either she is claiming for maintenance or she is seeking divorce from you. and if you want to consult me then you can contact me.
