Lawyer fees for Mutual consent divorce

one of the lawyers told us to get the mutual consent divorce,he changes rs15000.after he filed the divorce pitition I suspect that he orders more money as fees.if I won't paid the extra fees after filed pitition,is divorce stopped?
You can personally represent your case. if you are capable enough. You must know the procedure, else it will be rejected. Fees varies from legal counsel to legal counsel. City to city. So, now you can take wise decision.
