Kindly suggest what can be done since I have a small daughter and at the same time I am working. She needs to stay with her grandparents till the time I come home. But things are going beyond control. I can't file a divorce nor a police case since my daughter's future is in my hands.

dear client as per your query since since you donot want to file any case then there is no options for you yes but you can send legal notice you can consult me online by paying online consultancy fees....

The only way out for you, from the hellhole you are currently living in, is to take the aid of law. I understand your concern however, unless you lodge an FIR your husband will not cease torturing you. And once you lodge an FIR, police will start the case. Don't be afraid with regards your child's future as your husband will be liable to pay maintenance for your daughter as well as for you.

just do a GD in your local police station on the basis of problems that you are facing currently. after this, if anything happens then you can file a case for peace keeping against them which is not like a police case, but a case filed before sub judicial magistrate. they will give summon to the other party to appear and after that if they are not as bad then may be they keep quite understand the situation and everything will be alright
