I got married in 2006..ow my husband is mentally sick and using abusive language..as he is not working since 2017 ...I am having 14 years old son..to whom I am taking care of myself..ot getting any education and other expenses from his father from last 5 years. Now my husband is pressuring me to take khula. Please provide appropriate solution.

Hello, u have an issue with only with ur husband or his family? If ur husband is mentally sick then u file a case for ur self & ur son. U say ur husband not working till 2017, it's a difficult condition for the maintenance. Ur husband have any moveable or immovable property? If yes then file a suit of maintenance In court & submit all documents of husband property. Inshallah ur all problems sotout.
